“GöKotta” is a Swedish word, which means “The act of rising at dawn to hear the birds sing and appreciate nature”. The belief is that “GöKotta” provides a boost for mental and physical wellbeing and leads to a peaceful and productive day.
Each and every day we are exposed to environmental toxins beyond our control and the obligations and stress of everyday life can seem overwhelming. As a family with three young children, we worried about what we were applying to our children’s skin and how the chemicals they were being exposed to today would affect them tomorrow.
